In conjunction with our partners Eco Lifestyle Homes the Haitian governement are giving us an order to build 2000 of our Eco friendly homes. We are currently moving forward to build one unit for approval. Donations are required to help rebuild Haiti. Please help as much as you can. Every little helps. We can build 10 homes a day.

Finding it very difficult to get a hold of the NSP funding that came to California. This was in excess of $550 Million dollars which was given to CA by HUD for the renovation of blighted properties in California.

This would immediately bring new dollars to the state. here is the challenge: SAN has requested funds from Riverside County, Los Angeles County and Ventura County, to date we have received nothing.

There is far too much red tape involved and even with a panel of experts we are finding it challenging to say the least to get to the source.

With the lack of government funding SAN is changing direction slightly to bring in private funding to move forward with the tasks at hand.

Stabilize America Now.Org is a national nonprofit organization that was created to stabilize the housing market by facilitating the purchase of vacant, abandoned and foreclosed homes and rehabilitate them to create affordable long term housing.

Stabilize America Now.Org objectives are:

· Maintain the affordability of housing within the community

· To create partnerships in homeownership and lease options.

· To develop long lasting relationships within are critical to the community.

A hand selected board with over 50 years of experience collectively in real estate, will be paramount in the execution of grant funding to rebuild the communities that have been affected the most by foreclosures and sub-prime mortgage loans and create jobs in local communities.
